In life we can get so focused on the singular perspective that we we have. But what if there is more? More for us to see, more for us to do and more for us to experience in our walk with Christ. Our series on 360 degree Life will prep you for the all encompassing purpose that God has for you!
“For the weapons of our warfare are not physical but are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds.” 2 Corinthians 10:4
In 2 Corinthians chapter 10 Paul is encouraging the church to walk not in the flesh but in the spirit. He equates our walk through this world as battle and emphasizes the power that we have as followers of Christ. 360 Degree Warfare
At one point in your life you will have a battle in the midst of the war. We must be on guard and equip ourselves fully in order to defend against all the assaults of the enemy. The devil and people can attack form so many directions and at times it can feel like there is no hope for victory.
Ehpesians 6:11 instructs us to " Put on the whole heavy armed armor of a solder that God supplies that you may be able to successfully stand up against all the strategies and deceits of the enemy". Sometimes we like to only put on half or part of the armor supplied by God. We might take up the Sword of the Spirit but lay down the Gospel Shoes. In doing so we are full of zeal but unstable in the knowledge of the Gospel. Taking up part of the armor can make us unbalanced in our defense and attack. God is desiring for his soldiers to have a 360degree approach to spiritual warfare. Take up the whole armor which is provided by Jesus and you will be able to stand against all of the attacks of the enemy.
